A haven of freshness on the edges of Neufont lake.
Halfway between Périgueux and Bergerac, the Neufont campsite is located on the edge of a 4 hectares lake, near the town of Vergt.
The most gourmets do not miss the market of Vergt, famous for its Périgord strawberries and black truffles, while heritage lovers visit the bastide of Beauregard-and-Bassac (5 km) or, a little further, the castle of Montreal.
Open from april to september.
The 68 pitches offers you a direct access to the lake and beaches. Neufont (Neuf Fonts) takes it name from the nine fountains feeding the lake. Quiet and located in the undergrowth, tents and caravans are welcome, with chalets, wooden bungalows and mobile homes.
Motor boats are proscribed on the lake, as cars around for your peace. For your meals, you have the choice between snacks located on the beaches and Guinguette, or ordering your bread at the reception of the campsite to pick it up in the morning.
Take a breath in Neufont !
